As a qualified Canadian lawyer, Stephane Dunlop Hebert’s spent the earlier part of his career as counsel to a number of leading corporations active in the aerospace industry segments of commercial air transport, aircraft manufacturing, engine manufacturing and business aircraft operations. During this time he oversaw transactions in excess of $5Bb in value involving the acquisition or sale of more than 200 aircraft. He was also called upon to set up ventures and design contractual templates for complex projects ranging from new aircraft development programs to the structuring of aircraft fractional ownership programs.
Rich with this experience, Stephane began to notice how challenging it could be to get clear and consistent advice on international matters affecting business aircraft transactions. Dunlop Ventures was born out of this concern and an original purpose of providing Ultra High Net Worth Individuals with a client centric one stop shop to find and acquire business jets. Over the years, Stephane gradually saw his private clients turning to him for advice in areas extending beyond aerospace matters including in the management of transactions involving superyachts, cars, real estate and other private assets.
